Pintraption mobile game and website
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the developer of Pintraption ("Pintraption", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Pintraption mobile game for Android or iOS, visit this website, or contact support. Pintraption is a general-audience game and is not directed specifically to children.
Information handled by the game
Data stored locally on your device
Game progress, active-run checkpoints, settings, tutorial progress, virtual currency, inventory, cosmetics, and advertising or reward history may be stored in the app's local database. Pintraption does not currently provide an account system or cloud-save service, so this gameplay data is not intentionally uploaded to a Pintraption account. Operating-system backups may handle local app data according to your device and platform settings.
Analytics and app diagnostics
Production versions of the game use Google Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config. These services may process app-instance or installation identifiers, app version, device model, operating system, general technical information, timestamps, approximate region inferred from network information, gameplay events, and crash or error diagnostics. Crash reports may include stack traces and device state needed to diagnose a failure.
Our custom gameplay events are designed not to contain your name, email address, message text, precise location, or other directly identifying content. We use this information to understand aggregate game usage, improve balancing and reliability, deliver safe remote configuration, and diagnose crashes.
Advertising and consent
If advertising is enabled, the game uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Advertising services may process IP-derived coarse location, device and app information, advertising or app-instance identifiers where available and permitted, ad impressions and interactions, fraud-prevention signals, and your consent choices.
Pintraption's initial advertising configuration requests non-personalized ads. Non-personalized ads are contextual rather than based on a profile of past behavior, but their delivery, frequency control, reporting, security, and fraud prevention can still require data processing. Where required, UMP asks for and stores applicable privacy choices before the app requests ads.
Support communications
If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you include in the message. Microsoft Outlook processes that communication as our email provider. Please do not send passwords, payment-card data, precise location, health information, or other sensitive information.
Website requests
This static website does not include advertising, account login, or analytics scripts. Firebase Hosting may process request information such as IP addresses to deliver the website, maintain security, and detect abuse. Cloudflare provides domain registration and DNS services.
Information we do not request
The game does not require you to create an account or provide your name, postal address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone data, or precise location. We do not sell personal information for money. Google and other authorized service providers may process information for the purposes described in this policy and under their own terms.
Why information is processed
Information is processed as applicable to:
- provide the game, preserve local progress, and deliver requested features;
- measure aggregate usage and improve gameplay;
- detect, diagnose, and prevent crashes, abuse, and invalid advertising activity;
- deliver configuration and, when enabled, advertising;
- record and respect privacy choices where required;
- reply to support requests and comply with legal obligations.
Depending on your location and the activity involved, processing may be based on providing the service you requested, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the game, consent, or compliance with law. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Service providers and international processing
We use the following providers:
- Google Firebase for Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, and website hosting. See Privacy and Security in Firebase.
- Google AdMob and UMP for advertising and consent management when advertising is enabled. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information for advertising.
- Microsoft Outlook for support email. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
- Cloudflare for domain registration and DNS services.
These providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their contractual safeguards and privacy terms govern their processing.
Retention and deletion
Local gameplay data remains on your device until it is removed through the operating system, cleared with app data, or removed by uninstalling the app, subject to platform backup and restoration behavior. We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain appropriate records, or meet legal obligations.
Firebase and advertising data is retained according to our service configuration and the relevant provider's retention rules. For example, Google states that Crashlytics generally retains crash stack traces and associated identifiers for 90 days before removal begins.
Because Pintraption has no user account, we usually cannot connect an analytics or crash record to your real-world identity. You may still contact us with a privacy or deletion request; we will explain what can be located and acted upon with the information available.
Your choices and rights
- When the in-app Privacy and Ad Choices option is available, you can use it to review or withdraw applicable advertising consent choices.
- You can limit advertising identifiers through your device settings.
- You can remove local game data using your operating system's app-data controls or by uninstalling the game.
- You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where local law grants those rights.
- You may also complain to the data-protection authority applicable to your location.
Children's privacy
Pintraption is intended for a general audience and is not designed or marketed specifically to children. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information. If you believe a child has sent personal information through support, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated where required.
